  • WEEKLY HIIT CLASS

    TUESDAYS 5:15PM – 6:00PM

    Fitness coach Antoine Jackson leads the class through a series of timed movements using body weight, dumbbells or kettlebells, followed by short breaks to combine strength and cardio for maximum results. The class is open to all participants and can be adapted based on fitness level.

  • WEEKLY CIRCUIT TRAINING

    THURSDAYS 5:15PM – 6:00PM

    Fitness coach Jordan Brooks leads the class through a series of circuits with repeated movements designed to strengthen the full body and target the upper body, core and lower body with minimal rest. The class is open to all participants and can be adapted based on fitness level.

TRAINERS

Antoine Jackson

Antoine has been working and training at COR since 2012 and is a certified massage therapist. He works with all different types of clients – it doesn't matter where you are in your journey as long as he is helping you reach your goals, be healthy and have fun. Antoine just wants people to give their best at whatever they do and make working out and proper nutrition a lifestyle so you can feel better!

Jordan Brooks

Jordan has over 15 years of fitness experience including the last 10 spent at COR. As a competitive bodybuilder, he knows what it takes to help you reach any goal. Jordan specializes in strength training, mobility improvement and nutrition. Whether you’re trying to gain muscle and get stronger or lose weight and get leaner, he is the perfect coach for you! 

Sarah Canham

Sarah graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Health Science and a minor in Exercise Science, where she also ran cross country. She has acquired numerous fitness certifications and continuing education credits in her 20+ years in this industry! Sarah loves running and motivating people to be the best version of themselves physically.
