Who can join COR Wellness Center?

COR Wellness Center is available to any Rock Family of Companies team member, Bedrock tenant or resident, and City of Detroit or Wayne County employee. For more information, reach out to Info@CorWellnessCenter.com.

How do I access COR ?

COR Wellness Center is located on the second floor of One Campus Martius with main doors opening onto Woodward Avenue. For guests to the building, visit the security desk and request a visitor badge to COR Wellness Center.

Bring your driver's license or legal identification as well as proof of employment or residence, such as a work badge, lease, or utilities bill showing your current address.

What does it cost to join?

The cost for a basic membership to COR Wellness Center is $45 a month with a $20 sign-up fee. Basic membership permits unlimited access to the facility, including during member-only hours. A premium membership option is available for $55 a month, which adds on exclusive perks, including an assigned locker, two free guest passes per month, a free introductory training session, and additional personal training incentives.

Membership options can be payroll deducted for Rock Family of Companies team members and Dynatrace employees. If you want to test out COR without committing to a monthly membership, visit for a one-time day pass for only $10 for Rock FOC team members or $15 for qualifying non-Rock FOC individuals.

Where do I park?

Parking is validated for up to two hours in the attached One Campus Martius Garage.
